Overall TOPS handled every challenge that came up like pros! The team communicated clearly and promptly from day 1 of inquiry all the way through install and into our current/ongoing needs. Our support requests are always handled fast, and they are always kind to our staff. There isn't a dumb question or a frustrating inquiry for the TOPS team. We run out of four locations and we also have remote staff. Most of our business relies on our phones being up and running. TOPS really is the way to go for multi-location businesses.
