How the switch actually works

We’ve done this thousands of times. Here’s the simple version of what happens after you call us.

Step 1 — Free Consultation (20 minutes)

A local team member reviews your current setup, asks about your team’s needs, and explains the offer. No quote pressure.

Step 2 — Custom Design Document

If switching makes sense, we send you a written proposal with the system design, equipment list, and a fixed installation price. Take time to review.

Step 3 — Network Assessment & Number Porting

Once you approve the design, we audit your network and start the number-porting process with your current carrier. Your existing service stays on until cutover.

Step 4 — Installation & Training

Our techs install the phones, program the system, and train your team. Most installations are 3-4 weeks from contract to cutover.

The whole process is designed so your business never goes silent. Calls keep coming through your existing system right up until the moment we flip the switch.

Frequently asked questions

The promotion includes standard TOC-T73 phones and installation at no upfront cost when you sign a 60-month service agreement. Your monthly- per-user service fee covers ongoing platform access, support, training, and software updates. Custom equipment, advanced features, after-hours installation, or significant cabling work would be quoted separately and transparently. We don’t hide fees — full terms are at the bottom of this page.

Existing contracts with other providers may have early-termination fees. Those costs are the customer’s responsibility, but we can help you calculate them during the consultation. in many cases, the savings from switching cover the cancellation cost within the first year.

Yes. Number porting is part of every installation — we coordinate with your current carrier to bring your existing numbers over without service interruption. Toll-free numbers can take longer to port than local numbers, and we handle the entire process.

Most installations take 3-4 weeks from contract signing to cutover. Number porting is usually the longest step. Smaller deployments (under 10 users) can complete faster; multi-site or 50+ user deployments may take longer.

Our cloud platforms include automatic call forwarding to mobile phones during local internet outages, so you don’t miss customer calls. For mission-critical businesses, we recommend a backup internet connection — we’ll discuss what fits during the design phase.

The 60-month term lets us offer the equipment, installation, and training at no upfront cost while keeping your monthly per-user  fee predictable for five years — no surprise rate hikes. If you’d prefer a shorter term, we have other pricing structures available; ask during the consultation.
Yes. Existing customers upgrading from older premise-based or cloud VoIP phone systems are eligible. If you’ve been with us for years and want to refresh your system, this offer is for you too.

The summer promotion is available to qualified business customers across British Columbia. Our two physical offices are in Kelowna and Kamloops, but we deploy and support phone systems for businesses throughout BC. On-site work in our home region is delivered by our local technicians; deployments elsewhere combine remote configuration with coordinated on-site service.
