Yes. We coordinate number porting from your current carrier as part of every installation. Porting timelines depend on your existing carrier and the type of numbers (toll-free numbers can take longer than local numbers), and we manage the entire process so there’s no service interruption.

As a general rule, allow about 100 Kbps of upload bandwidth per concurrent call for HD audio. Most modern business internet connections far exceed this, but call quality also depends on network configuration — that’s why we do a network readiness assessment before every installation.

Yes. TOC integrates with Microsoft Teams for presence syncing — when you’re in a Teams meeting, TOC automatically updates your status. Standard and Platinum licenses include Teams integration.

TOC’s Platinum tier supports CRM integration with Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, Zoho, and other popular platforms. Click-to-dial, automatic call logging, and inbound caller matching work across these platforms. For other CRMs, API integration is available.
